Javier Sinay

Javier Sinay has published the books Camino al Este (2019), Cuba Stone (coauthored, 2016), Los crímenes de Moisés Ville (2013), and Sangre joven, winner of the Rodolfo Walsh Prize during the Semana Negra de Gijón in Spain. In 2015, he won the Gabriel García Márquez Prize from the Fundación Gabo/FNPI for his chronicle “Rápido. Furioso. Muerto” that was published in Rolling Stone. His texts have been published in the newspapers La Nación and Clarín in Buenos Aires and on the website RED/ACCIÓN. He was a correspondent in South America for El Universal (Mexico) and the editor of Rolling Stone (Argentina). He has contributed to Gatopardo (Mexico), Etiqueta Negra (Peru), Letras Libres (Mexico), and Reportagen (Switzerland / Germany). He has taught workshops and seminars on creative nonfiction in Spain and in various places around Latin America.
