Gloria Susana Esquivel (Bogotá, 1985) is a journalist, translator and poet. Her work has appeared in Arcadia, SoHo, Bienestar, Bakánica and Diners magazine. Her poetry has appeared in Revista de Poesía of UNAM, Palabras Errantes magazine and Matera magazine. She has worked with artist Daniel Salamanca on projects that combine poetry, narrative and art. She holds a Masters Degree in Creative Writing from NYU. He poetry collection El lado salvaje was published in 2016 and for the past seven years she has been writing a personal diary that can be read here: http://juradopormadonna.tumblr.com/archive. Animales del fin del mundo is her first novel.
