Alejandra Costamagna

Alejandra Costamagna was born in Santiago, Chile, in 1970. She is a writer and journalist, and holds a B.A. in Communication and a Ph.D. in Literature. She is the author of five novels, four short story collections, and a collection of nonfiction. Her work has been translated into French, Italian, Portuguese, Korean and Turkish. Her latest novel, the Herralde Prize finalist El sistema del tacto, is scheduled for publication in English in May 2021. Costamagna lives in
Santiago.
